Upon signing up for the workshop you will receive a basic syrup ingredient list and suggestions for ingredients to customize and jazz up your syrup for your own needs!
Gather up your ingredients and tools and accompany Stephanie in real time as she brews up a batch of syrup in her kitchen while you work on your syrup at home. There will be many helpful herbal immunity strengthening tips & tricks shared along away. Get ready for lots of cooking, laughing, singing & fun as you make a delicious preventative herbal medicine!

Stephanie Shaffer is a Community Herbalist, Sommelier of Cosmic Wines, an intuitive tarot and astral reader and mostly a Mama. Hence her moniker of Mamalier. During her years of studying and practicing all things wine and herbal medicine, she was called to see more than just the physical nature of plants but also the spirit within them.
*This is an online video/audio workshop via Zoom. We ask that attendees do their best to participate using both video and audio features. Please have a notebook, pen and headphones ready.

Spirit House Collective permits fully-refunded cancellations up to 24 hours before a workshop or event takes place. Refunds will not be granted with less than a 24 hour notice.
