Poetry In Motion: A Vision Quest to the Ancestral Realms - Los Angeles

I invite you to listen to the words of your ancestors.

When we connect to our ancestors, we also connect to their memorable deeds. Good and bad. By building a relationship to our ancestors we come to understand them, why they chose the path they did, and why we might be left with some of their ancestral karma. In this workshop, we will access their joy, pain, freedom, and oppression through our creative antennas. As we tap into our creative flow we will be deepening our relationship to our ancestors; thus bringing their memories into our awareness, shifting our perceptions, and moving energy with the grace of poetry.

I will guide you through vision quest, with the use of sound, to the land of your people to ignite a memory so strong we will have to bring the pen to paper. We will come together to write about our visions through the poetic gaze. Let your ancestors be your muse, guiding you to reverence so that you may open your heart to speak words that have been yearning for so long to come through. By the end of this workshop, we will come into a deeper understanding of knowing who our ancestors are, have more access into our own creativity, and release any energy that has been waiting to come to the surface.

Lee has been on her spiritual path for many years after experiencing how meditation changed her perspective on life. With a way to look inward, she sought out different tools to help her navigate through the world. She soon discovered tarot, which led her to discover more healing modalities that would further deepen her connection to the spirit world. After many years of wandering asleep, she has now awoken to seeing the world as a fascinating playground. With the help of her ancestors and spiritual team, she is here to help others identify the energy within and around them so that they can feel empowered to walk in their divinity.
