Join us for When Witches Gather, a magickal marketplace and session extravaganza. This is an in-person gathering of healers and makers for the Spirit House Collective community.

Please read all event information thoroughly before purchasing a general admission ticket as tickets are non-refundable.
General Admission: $10
In order to provide attendees with a safe experience, capacity will be limited, proof of vaccination will be required to access indoor areas, and the event will be split into two separate time blocks.
Morning Block (AM): 10am to 1pm PT
Afternoon Block (PM): 2pm to 5pm PT
The event space will be closed from 1pm to 2pm.
Session Bookings: Prices Vary
All practitioners will have sessions available for both the AM and PM time blocks.
Purchase of a general admission ticket is required to book a session with a practitioner.
Sessions must be booked in accordance with your general admission ticket time block and Spirit House Collective’s COVID-19 guidelines.
Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upon purchase of a general admission ticket, you will receive a confirmation email containing a private link that will allow you to book 30-minute sessions with your favorite practitioners. Remember, sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis so book your sessions as soon as the inspiration strikes!

During these unprecedented times, Spirit House Collective is committed to providing a safe experience for our community. For that reason, the following community & event boundaries will be in place.
COVID-19 Guidelines
We ask that all in attendance at When Witches Gather respect the following guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Every person in attendance (including children) must have a general admission ticket in order for Spirit House Collective to maintain event capacity and prevent overcrowding.
When Witches Gather will have both indoor and outdoor event areas.
For entry into the indoor area, masks and proof of vaccination will be required.
For entry into the outdoor area, masks can be used in accordance to each person's preference and proof of vaccination will not be required.
All participants will be encouraged to social distance to the best of their ability in all areas.

General admission tickets will NOT be available at the door. General admission tickets are non-refundable.
Purchase of a general admission ticket is required to book a session with a practitioner. Sessions must be booked in accordance with your general admission ticket time block and Spirit House Collective’s COVID-19 guidelines. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Spirit House Collective permits fully-refunded cancellations of sessions up to 24 hours before the event takes place. Refunds will not be granted with less than a 24-hour notice.
The event space, Spirit House, is a private residence located in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles. For this reason, we ask that all participants at the event are respectful of the neighborhood by keeping voices down and not hanging around outside of the property before, during or after the event. Also, parking is limited so we suggest carpooling or the use of rideshare apps. To ensure privacy, the exact address will be sent to general admission ticket holders via email the week of the event.
Please note that Spirit House is an old property and building. Sadly, this means that it is not wheelchair accessible. To access the event space there are a fair amount of stairs that need to be ascended. In addition, there are no public restrooms on-site. Coffee and restrooms will be available at Found Coffee until 4pm.
No pets or familiars will be permitted on-site.
Healing services are a complement to traditional medical/psychiatric treatments, and NOT a replacement. Healing services are meant to address the spiritual causes of suffering and help you achieve wholeness in conjunction with whatever medical treatments your doctor has prescribed.
