Channeled Message for April: Bernard of Earth ~ Work for Rewards
I know we are at a place in time where the idea of progress for the sake of progress and burning the midnight oil are at least being revealed as a mentality and code of conduct that is entirely toxic.
This doesn’t mean that working for the self and toward something should be abandoned or ignored.
April is a time when the energy throughout the world is lightened by the natural course of nature. Leaves begin to turn green, flowers begin to pop up out of the earth and the blue skies and warmer weather are felt moving on the wind.

That is, this month can be a time of great expansion and forward movement, if we allow ourselves to make room and accept the fact that if we wish to bloom into what we love, if we wish to create the life we adore, then hard work is called for.
But hard work does not have to feel... hard. It can feel liberating, freeing, even joyous if we honor the fact that what we are working toward is a more fulfilled existence.
If what you are barreling toward, head first, does not come from a place of great longing or desire - then it will feel crippling and it will do its best to break your spirit.
April is for commitment and constancy of the heart.
