Hello Friends,

I hope you all have been treating yourselves with the love and compassion that you truly deserve during these tumultuous times. As I write this letter, there are many emotions coming up: joy, laughter, sadness and grief.

Spirit House Collective is almost four years old! It's hard to believe how much has happened since opening the doors of my home to all of you.

I feel as though my life truly began, when I started sitting in circle, listening to each of you and holding you as we said our hellos and goodbyes. So much has blossomed, and so much has changed in recent months. I watched our workshop numbers grow and have been so excited to connect with those of you around the world who felt called to join our virtual circles. Those of you who felt called to engage in and create community from your homes in pursuit of healing, friendship, and knowledge. This year has also brought on a whole new set of challenges and struggles including powerful “Tower” energy. This energy asks us to remove what isn't working and rebuild, no matter how resistant we may be.

I say this to all of you, because after almost four years of Magick, I have made the extremely difficult but necessary decision to close Spirit House Collective’s doors for the next several months.

Our team and I have been working tirelessly to bring practitioners, modalities, and sacred space to the greater Spirit House Collective community. There is so much work that goes into Spirit House Collective behind the scenes. Hundreds of hours of work that has been a labor of love, but love alone cannot sustain a project of this size. We have been doing this work without a break for, well… years. And now, in true “Tower” fashion, it has become clear that we are in need of a stronger foundation. In order for Spirit House Collective to truly embody it’s ethos - support for ALL parts of a whole - we need to start moving toward a more sustainable future. This will begin with us taking time to rest, reflect and reset. Then we will restructure and reemerge.

Although SHC workshops, events, newsletters, etc. will be on pause, there will still be opportunities to connect and be supported! I will be continuing my Spirit Guide Coach offerings such as The River program on Patreon, my monthly workshops like Spirit Church and The Story of You: Doorways to Past Selves, and when my books open for the Jan-Apr 2021 season you can book a Spirit Guide Session with me or enroll in Spirit Work. For more one-on-one opportunities, Spirit Family members will be continuing to offer sessions. It is important for you all to understand that by supporting the Spirit Guide Coach offerings you are in turn supporting the future of Spirit House Collective because at this time SHC is 90% funded by SGC. This current structure weighs heavily on my shoulders and is one of the reasons we are pulling back in order to reassess and open our doors more sustainably.

If you know me, you know that I have big dreams, and those dreams have not dimmed or contracted in any way. There are more announcements yet to be revealed (BIG, BIG!) that need my energy in order for them to be up to the standard of quality and intention that you all have grown to know and love.

I wanted to tell you all of this, because each of you has become a member of a very special family. A spirit family, and no matter what Spirit House Collective has to offer, our spirits will always be open to you. If you need anything, reach out and ask and we will do our very best to point you in the direction most connected to your heart.

So, instead of “goodbye,” I’ll say "see you soon!”
