Online Workshop
Let us come together and support one another as we journey into the pockets of our inner being. Let us create this sacred time that connects us with the messages of our soul. Let us crack our hearts open to see, witness, release and refill.
Join Susan Ateh, certified breathwork practitioner, as she leads the group in a virtual circle that aims to provide a safe and sacred space that promotes revelation and activation. Attendees will be asked to lay down and breath into their bellies and hearts which will facilitate movement of energy in the body. Stale energy will be released while fresh energy will be summoned. This form of active meditation, in combination with journaling and sharing, will be an invitation to examine obstacles and see a way through them. This is the work of humanity - ever changing and ever evolving.
Please have a notebook, pen and headphones ready. Feel free to bring any items that will make you feel supported in your journey and be prepared to lay down on a flat surface.
Online via Zoom. This is an online video/audio workshop via Zoom. Please make sure to have the latest version downloaded.
Audio Recording Included (limited-time access). An audio replay will be shared via email 24-48 hours after the workshop. It will expire one week after the workshop takes place and is not downloadable.

Susan is a Certified Breathwork facilitator. She aides in the body's ability to heal itself from emotional wounds through the Breathwork technique. With an open heart, Susan guides you through a transformative emotional detox. Her goal is for you to experience a love for yourself. One that is deeply healing. Opening you up to a lighter, grounded renewed awareness.
