Online Workshop
What does it mean for us all to be well? In this workshop we will explore the “we” in wellness and what personal responsibility we each have to decenter ourselves and re-center the collective well-being through social justice, inclusivity and empowerment in the wellness worlds.
Join, Maryam Ajayi, half-healer, half-business woman and founder of Dive In Well, as she leads the group in connecting as a community, discussing the current state of the wellness industry and where there is room for improvement, reflecting on the role of the individual in a larger system, and joining together in meditation as a form of rest and resistance. This workshop is an invitation for all people partaking in wellness work to be a part of the change.
Please have a notebook, pen and whatever spiritual tools you may need to feel supported in connecting with community.
