Online Workshop

Join Camille Langston, Medium & Diviner, as she facilitates a guided sound journey that will connect attendees with the powerful transmutation energy of Butterflies.

This workshop will require prep-work for all attendees. Prior to the workshop, participants are asked to reflect and write about one self-sabotaging behavior that they know is blocking their ultimate happiness; it could be a habit, a repeated inner voice, a person, situation, etc. Really allow yourself to ask this question without the need to respond from the ego or unnecessary duality judgment of "good" or "bad." Simply let the answer come to you compassionately and firmly.

Through a guided sound bath meditation, you will journey inward to the wisdom of the Inner Cosmic Butterfly. The alchemy that the Butterfly possesses is the power of metamorphosis and transmutation -- we too possess this ability to take something that no longer works for us and transform it for our betterment. Attendees will explore further through writing prompts after the meditation to gain a deeper understanding of the magic we can create when Butterfly Medicine is applied to our lives.

Please do the pre-workshop writing assignment! You will need a journal and pen. Attendees are encouraged to light a candle and have a vessel of water next to them during the mediation.

Online via Zoom. This is an online video/audio workshop via Zoom. Please make sure to have the latest version downloaded.

Audio Recording Included (limited-time access). An audio replay will be shared via email 24-48 hours after the workshop. It will expire one week after the workshop takes place and is not downloadable.

Camille is a Reiki Master Teacher, Medium, and Diviner. She has been studying the esoteric wisdom of the mind/body/soul systems for almost 10 years and applies these learnings to all sessions with her clients. She believes that energy healing is a deeply indigenous and ancestral practice, and centers her work around the integrity and ubiquity of the Universal Life Force Energy.
