Online Workshop
Crises help us take stock, to turn inward and look at the way our actions contribute to the whole. The current climate around health is centered on fear of an illness about which we are still learning, and misinformation abounds.
While this specific virus is novel, preventative care is as steady and straightforward as ever. Traditional Chinese Medicine has been teaching preventative health techniques based on the natural cycles of the planet since its inception, and as we are all a part of the planet, we can all benefit from common sense practices to keep our bodies as resilient as they can be and our spirits buoyant.
Join Tori for a discussion on self-care for supporting immunity followed by a group BodyTalk session to support collective wellness. You will leave the workshop with a better understanding of how to tune into your body's needs and several take-home energetic tools to support your health both from the comfort of your quarantine and in your life after.
*Please bring headphones, a notebook, a glass of water, curiosity and an open mind.
