Galena is a beautiful grounding stone, specifically for the emotional body. Its deepest mission here is to bring light to our darkest shadows, exposing repressed programming and the hidden matrices of our being. And while this type of work can be daunting, Galena's ability to offer reassurance and grounding throughout this work is also one of its gifts.
As we continue to lean into the magic of Galena and explore our own hidden depths, belief systems and patterns we never knew we carried will begin to show themselves. The layers and layers of our story will become clear and, with Galena's support, we will have the opportunity to choose which thought patterns and beliefs are actually in alignment with our future selves; from there, we can release the rest.
